What we had for tea – Gousto Pork & Mushroom Tagliatelle

We are lucky to be trying out another Gousto Box at the moment and tonight we got round to cooking the first dish Tenderloin pork on tagliatelle with mushroom sauce.

I never normally get the timings right on dishes like this but I managed to have everything ready at the perfect moment. The instructions were easy to follow (it wasn't a complicated dish) and other than a little left over cream we used everything up. The portion was a decent size too, we like a lot of pasta here but there was sufficient for us both to feel satisfied.

Delicious! Can't wait to try the next dish!
