My latest baking is another old school dinner favourite of mine, chocolate crunch
It’s really easy to make but be warned doesn’t last long!
How to make Chocolate Crunch
- 8oz margarine
- 11oz plain flour
- 8oz caster sugar
- 1 1/2 oz cocoa powder
Melt the margarine in the microwave
Add in the other ingredients
Press the mixture into a lined baking tray – I make it around 1cm thick
Sprinkle with a little water then some more sugar
Bake at 170C for 40 minutes
Slice up and eat quick before it’s all gone!
